14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order.
After notifying us of your return, the product must be returned within 14 days.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product should be returned in good condition and, where reasonably possible, with its original packaging, accessories and documentation.
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or video where appropriate.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and assessed, we will process any refund due to you.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Where required by applicable consumer law, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded.
Return Shipping
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal because you changed your mind, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, provided this was communicated before purchase.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, MyToyOutlet will handle the return in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Please contact us before sending any product back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Do not return products directly to the supplier or to an address shown on the parcel unless instructed by us.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including:
- Personalised or custom-made products;
- Sealed hygiene-related products after the seal has been broken;
- Digital content in circumstances where the statutory right of withdrawal has been validly waived;
- Other products excluded from withdrawal rights under applicable consumer law.
This does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or non-conforming products.
Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the normal return procedure may apply.
